Together you can sit and draw your self portraits and together you can talk about what your unique and special qualities are. It is important for your child to see you be able to recognise and acknowledge your strengths. Be sure to write your unique qualities in the spaces provided.
If your child is still struggling to see their special qualities, you can grab a copy of our FREE Personal Qualities Poster from our website - you can use this poster to talk to your child about examples of qualities and then have them share with you which of the qualities listed on the poster they think they have.
When complete, pop your drawings somewhere you can see them so you can be regularly reminded about the things that make you special and unique.
